My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is superb, right next to the CIBC Theater, but other aspects fell short. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and well cleaned, although it did tend to get a little crowded. The service was top-notch, from letting me in through the side door to providing valuable tips for my visit. The location couldn't have been better, being so close to Millennium Park, the Navy Pier, and many other attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the space was a bit cramped at times. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
